Thinking about all the women in our orbits who empower, inspire, and lead.
“Play” is not so different from femininity at times. Through working with “play” as an approach to movement and creativity, I’ve found myself embracing that feminine energy in ways that society often discourages. Whether that’s free movement, exploration, or really just listening to yourself - letting the walls drop is where that energy and connection comes through.
We wanted to take this space to appreciate the women on our team, from movers, artists, to behind the scenes - who make PLAY more than just our work, but our community.
We’ll continue our journey of uninhibited exploration, free movement, creative arts, and of course, play time every Sunday at Sanctuary &Soul. Find out more and book here
